Cassandra Beach has impacted my family and my life! We have added 2 Dogs from Cassandra breeding program to our family. And it was the best decision we have ever made. Our lives have not only changed by the dogs, but in Business as well. Cassandra has inspired me and introduced me to the dog world! From that I was able to grow a Buisness with her guidance, love and support. Cassandra has helped in MANY more ways as well! From constant communication during the puppy raising stage. Endless training support. And always there when I need advice! We have had cassandra at our facility put on a few seminars, and private training sessions. She has built up quite a clientele in bc, And she doesn’t even live here. I get calls daily asking when cassandra will be back. Her training books up very fast as she has helped so many families around here. Her training is not limited to one specific area. As I’ve seen her help reactive - fearful dogs, sporting dogs, trainers, and much more! Cassandra is not only my breeder, my trainer, my support. She is my mentor, friend and now considered family.
We call her God mother around here!
Oh I forgot to mention I get many compliments in the sporting world how nice my dogs are! I know whatever avenue I take my dogs down, they will excel and do very well. As they were bred that way!

My name is Anita McDonald and I have been following Cassandra since 2015. I totally admire the way she handles dogs.
Two years ago my husband Billy and I brought home a 9 week old CKC registered Giant Schnauzer, named Jenko. Every morning we would go out to the shop to work on obedience. I thought he was doing well. But then he started misbehaving and pulling me around. So we decided to contact Cassandra and we enrolled him in her board and train. Honestly it broke my heart being away from him. So 3 days later we went to get him. Cassandra was very understanding. It wasn’t Jenko that needed lessons, it was us. We made arrangements to bring Jenko back for private classes. Cassandra is as amazing with people as she is with dogs. She taught us so much and we practice her lessons every day. We take Jenko everywhere we go and he is a well behaved dog,
One of our favorite pastimes is hanging on the beach and playing in the water. He doesn’t care about the other people or the dogs, he just wants to be with us and please us. One of the nicest compliments we got this summer was from a couple who was watching us play around in the water on Jenko’s tire tube. He will sit, down, stand and lay on his side on his tube. He will wait till he is told Free before he would jump in the water to bring back his ball back to us. The couple said that Jenko made all those black labs look like Border collies, it made us laugh but then again it made us proud.

Hi Cassandra I took time to write a small testimonial I'm not very great at them but anyway it's below. I also included a few pictures. Hope you enjoy your night. Traci
I first met Cassandra when I was in search for a trainer that could help me with my husky. I was desperate at the time as my husky was way more than I could handle on my own! Full of anxiety, scared of people, and when I left the house she would destroy it....chewing on everything including drywall. I had to carry her down the block just so she would walk back home with me. I can't remember how I found Cassandra, but I knew right away she was the right choice for me and for my husky Angel. She was not only very knowledgeable about dogs but you could tell she had a great love of for them. She was very understanding and acommandating coming to my house within a couple of days to help me with Angel. It's been about 11 years since then and I couldn't have done it without her. Angel is now 12 and she truly is my angel. Beyond training Cassandra has a wonderful boarding facility. I completely trust het with my now 2 dogs. Whenever I've had to use her for boarding I know I don't have to worry. She gives them all the love and attention they need and treats them like family....and yes I now have 2 dogs. About a year after having Angel I decided to try fostering a dog for Cassandra. Needless to say the fostering didn't last. I completely failed at it and ended up adopting Phoenix. I have now had her for 10 years, and her an Angel are the best of friends. On top of all of this Cassandra and her crew make their own raw food. Which I would highly recommend not only is it a high quality food. It also comes at a reasonable price and with great service. Cassandra is a person I will continue to go to for anything dog related. As I know she always will have my best interest and my dog's best interest at heart. I can’t thank her enough for all she’s done for us. Traci

When our young German Shepherd Teeka died, two years after we adopted her, following complications from a TPLO surgery (which was done on the incorrect leg), I was heartbroken and hurting. While Teeka wasn't from working bloodlines, I had been travelling and studying protection sports and had begun working with her in foundations hoping that perhaps she could get an entry level title and I could keep learning as I grew as a handler and trainer. I had met Cassandra at a Dave Kroyer summer a year earlier in Edmonton, AB and had enjoyed meeting her and her dogs and talking with her. We had become facebook friends and I loved seeing her dogs and what she was up to. Shortly after Teeka passed, one of Cassandra's puppies Hendrix became available. He was an all black male, completely different then Teeka looks wise, and while I would never get a dog to replace another, I was hurting and felt ready to channel that energy and love into another life, while still honouring our girl we lost so young. We drove 9 hours to get Hendrix and he was the absolute perfect dog for our family and for me. Hendrix is 5 now and has been an awesome, all-around dog for training as well as in life. He comes camping and hiking with us and is strong and well put together. He did 14k this summer in Banff up a steep mountain path and did excellent. Mentally he is stable, neutral with dogs, people and kids and has oodles of drive and power. I meet up with friends locally to train with him and he is always up for whatever. He chased off a moose that appeared suddenly once, on our walk around our acreage and thankfully was okay. He was always confident working with any decoy or helper at Cassandra's PSA club including when Cassandra brought up Sean Siggins. We travelled 7 hours to train with Cassandra and her PSA club multiple times over a 2-year period and it was always the highlight of my month getting to go learn from her and hang out. While we didn't end up competing with Hendrix after he had a tooth mishap, we are now working in foundation agility and scent work instead. Cassandra has so much passion for teaching and is one of my favorite people on the planet, full stop. Her dogs are happy and clear in their work. I have been in love with dogs and training for 14 years, travelling to conferences and seminars as much as possible and have worked as a trainer at an ADI service dog school and I always learnt a lot from Cassandra every time we got to work with her at club.
Thanks for everything Cass, can't wait to hang out in the future!

I have known and respected Cassandra for many years. She has become a very dear friend and mentor. I have owned, trained, and bred German Shepherds for nearly fifty five years. I currently live with four German Shepherds, one of which is from Cassandra’s breeding program. This dog is my pride and joy. She is, without doubt the most exciting dog I have ever owned. She is smart, keen to please.and a delight to train and work with. Cassandra is honest, highly skilled and is, in my opinion by far the best breeder of German Shepherds I have had experience of. I have personally recommended several people to her and she has never disappointed.

I met Cassadra in 2008 with my wild and wonderful but unruly German Shepherd mix. I joined one of her group obedience classes. After the first round I was hooked. Cassandra opened my eyes to the magnificent things I could do with my dog. Encouraged the bond we had with proper training and the right motivational tools/tips/and tricks. I ended up joining Cassandra's working dog club with like minded people. I was the most casual and non competitive member of the group and yet was still welcomed with open arms and worked my dogs with Cass whenever the opportunity arose. If (rather) when I buy big dog again, Cassandra is my very first choice in Breeders hands down! I have a little mixed breed dog with big dog attitude right now that I will be bringing to Cassandra for some proper training in manners as soon as possible! I absolutely highly recommend! She goes above and beyond each every time. To each and every dog and owner. I consider Cassandra and her pack to be family!

We purchased Piper from Cassandra in August 2020. After Cassandra was comfortable with us purchasing a puppy, we got the most loving and perfect GSD I could ever want. I have been waiting for this dog my whole life. Due to handler inexperience, we needed help with Piper. Cassandra took her in, free of charge, and got her to a point where we would be able to continue the training. Cassandra also trained us free of charge. Using what Cassandra taught us, we were able to train our second dog with ease. Cassandra truly cares about her pups and every other dog.

I take my dog Ryder out to Rock Solid every other week. While I'm up North for work.
My dog is quite the menace @ times. After I receive him back for my week off he's obedience is a noticeable improvement. It's almost like he thinks twice before he decides to try & take advantage in me. I just have Ryde's out for boarding not the board & train. So just Ryder being in that environment has improved in his behavior.
They( Rock Solid....) focus on your pets allergies & medical conditions. So you are worried free during your pets stay.
I've used a great amount of local boarders and I wish I chose Rock Solid from the get go.
Ryder gives it a four paws up & wagging tail.

I cant say enough about Cassandra and Rock Solid Canine! She took our first GS dog in as he was not a good fit with us having young kids, and gave us the most AMAZING small child friendly GS that will be forever in our family! She always opens up her home to him when we go on vacation and he is happy as a clam when we come back and get him. She has always taken her time and answered all of our questions about training and temperament and we have a life long companion for our family because of it all. I have known Cassandra Beach for some time now. Without a doubt, she is one of the finest people that I have met and trained with. Her compassion, dedication, and devotion to all breed of dogs is well know amongst those who have had the privilege of working with her. Harley and I have been training with Cassandra for about 2 years now. We decided to go see her when our dog would run in the opposite direction from us and we would be chasing him down, with just a couple of classes down, Harley was tested on a 30 ft line and came running back when we called him, Now we are able to go camping, running at the dog park without even bringing a leash. Without any doubts I would recommend Cassandra for any training needs, Or questions.

Jennifer about 'Roman'

l We had a problem dog he comes by it naturally being a 155 pound Labrador named Roman we should have known better than to call a dog Roman it certainly gave him a sense of royal entitlement and attitude. Anyway we came to Cassandra and asked her to help us we wanted another dog to complete our dog family and we knew that he needed to be shaped up. As a family we entered into obedience training and before we knew it we were the student, and Roman just came for the ride as a family we learned the art of leadership and how to attain what we wanted through correct leadership and balance I mean really Cassandra you give the dog whisperer a whole new meaning our dog was strong willed, stupid, rebellious and well it warrants being said twice he was stupid. As it turned out he was longing for leadership and a change we had made him into the proverbial "other child" and while he needed love and devotion, he craved leadership more now it is official Roman is obedient, adjusted and dare I say a genius? While he still has Lab moments he truly has become a joy he used to have a look in his eyes, when I think of it "sweet child of mine" from Gun's n roses comes to my mind he was missing something I thought it was brain matter but really he just needed some obedience and drive now he is the dream dog and he has lost 40 pounds (that is right my dog was an emotional eater and he is happy and he has a zest for life thank you Cassandra you probably saved his very life, cause if we had to live like that anymore one of us was running away and it might have been him...

Heather about 'Argo'

I can't wait till I get in your class again, this time with my other dog Meggie. She has always been the cute dog but she doesn't know squat about obedience!! And I will admit I definitely need some me and Meg with the trainer time to start shaping her up. Argo still remembers most of what we learned together, but Meggie and Argo together are impossible to deal with by myself!! At least at this point, that is. Once Meggie has the basics it will be a lot easier. Then I need to learn how to control them together!! I can't wait till I can get back in class with you!! You made Argo a smart puppy!!
